Farmer Brothers Insurance : Staff

	Doron Claiborne, CIC, CPIA Doron is the agency's President. He has a Bachelors Degree from Freed-Hardeman College in Speech and a Masters Degree from Murray State University in Organizational Communication. He was selected "Agent of the Year" for 2001 by the Professional Insurance Agents of Tennessee. He holds both the "Certified Insurance Counselor" (CIC) and "Certified Professional Insurance Agent" (CPIA) designations.

	Kathee Claiborne, CPIA Kathee is Vice President of the agency and serves as both a Customer Service Agent in Personal Insurance and as the agency's bookkeeper. She has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Psychology from Murray State University. She holds the Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation.

	Dan Carver , CPIA Dan is a Personal Insurance Agent. He is a former agent with Farmers Insurance Group, where he owned his own agency for over ten years. While at Farmers Insurance he was the recipient of the "Agent of the Year" award in 1997 for District 23.

	Gail Purvis, CIC, CPIW Gail is the Commercial Insurance Department Manager and one of the agency's Customer Service Agents. With more than 40 years experience, she was selected the 1999 "Customer Service Representative of the Year" for the state of Tennessee, awarded by the Society of Certified Insurance Representatives and the Insurers of Tennessee. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Professional Insurance Women designations.

	Jennifer Bingham Davis, CIC, CISR Jennifer is a Customer Service Agent in Commercial Insurance. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Jennifer has a B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Insurance. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Service Representative designations.

	Gretchen Conger Gretchen is a Customer Service Agent, servicing policy needs of both personal and business clients. A licensed agent, she has more than 22 years insurance experience.

	Trish Dunn, CPIA Trisha serves many roles in the agency. As the agency’s receptionist, she is the smile you see when you come into our office, she is the friendly voice you hear when you call. Her responsibilities also include accounting and customer service.
